We hope you love everything you buy from Jai-Dee Dancewear. If a purchase isn’t quite right, we also want you to love an easy return. We offer FREE returns for store credit or original payment returns for a $7 shipment and processing fee. After reviewing our Return and Refund Policies, visit our Return Center to select a return method that works best for you.
OUR RETURN POLICY:
We only accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. If there is a preorder item in your purchase, you will have 30 days from the shipment date to return your order.
We only accept items purchased in the US from jaideedancewear.com. Gift cards and final sale items do not qualify for returns.
All returned items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and liners attached.
Once your item is received and inspected, Jai-Dee Dancewear will send you an email to update you on the approval your return. Please allow up to two weeks for returns to be received and processed.
If we do not receive the item you processed for return within 30 days of purchase (or shipment in the case of pre-ordered items), we reserve the right to cancel the return through our Return Center
. The shipping labels will be voided and your order may not be eligible for a return.

OUR REFUND POLICY:
Original shipping charges are not refundable regardless of return method.
If you opted for a store credit free return, you will receive an email after your returned items are received and store credit has been added to your account. You will also be given a free shipping code to apply to your next purchase. This option is in lieu of direct exchanges online.
If you opted for an original payment return, the return amount will be credited back to the original form of payment. A $7 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
1. Visit our Return Center
to print your return label.
2. Print and affix the return label to the outside of your package.
3. While not required, please utilize original packaging to minimize waste.
4. Drop your package in a USPS drop box or deliver it to any USPS location.
5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give you later, we must send any refund to the gift giver.
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS:
If you do not receive an original payment refund soon after we notify you that it has been issued, please contact your credit card company and/or bank. Do keep in mind that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please email us at email@example.com
if you are unable to locate your refund.
ISSUES WITH AN ORDER:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will make it right. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
within 7 days of receiving your order so we can promptly solve any errors or issues.
